What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what the site needs to work:

• your email address, if you sign up for the SunBird Brief;
• your name, email address and message, if you write to us through the contact page;
• anonymous reading counts, so we know which stories are read — never tied to your name or address.

Cookies

The site sets the cookies it needs to keep forms secure and pages fast. It sets no advertising cookies.
